The hotel provides its guests with a 24-hour shuttle bus service to and from the airport, with those arriving after 22:00 and before 06:00 required to call from the airport courtesy phones. Near to bus routes and a train station, the hotel allows guests to travel into the city with ease and enjoy some of Edinburgh's most popular places of interest; Edinburgh Castle, the Scotch Whiskey Heritage Centre, Edinburgh Zoo and Rosslyn Chapel being among the most frequently visited.

The hotel's 72 rooms are each equipped with colour satellite TV, tea and coffee maker, en suite bathroom, hairdryer and complimentary newspaper.
